Adults

If you are concerned that about an adult is experiencing abuse or neglect, contact Adult Social Care:

If it is an emergency, call 999.

You can also contact the police on 101 for non-emergency situations.

Out-of-hours (emergency) support

If an adult needs urgent help on a weekend or out of hours:

Children and young people

If you are worried about a child or teenager, contact Single Point of Advice (SPOA):

SPOA is open Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 5pm and Fri 8.30am to 4.30pm.

If child is in danger or has been left alone, phone the police on 999.
