If you work with people living in a cold home or in fuel poverty, you can order printed copies of our promotional materials.

We aim to process orders within 5 working days.

Email: fuelpoverty@hastings.gov.uk including:

  • Order code  / number you need

Training and events

We hold regular fuel poverty and health learning opportunities for frontline workers and  volunteers in East Sussex.

The following free training can support you in your role, helping households cope with high energy bills and cold weather:

  • Bespoke fuel poverty training or information sessions: These are tailored to suit your needs and available time. To find out more, email fuelpoverty@hastings.gov.uk
  • Winter readiness training: offered by Citizens Advice 1066 and the East Sussex Fuel Poverty Coordinator. Book your place on the Citizens Advice website.
